It started out promisingly, but the final part (it's not an ending) was a complete disappointment. There's no resolution. It's not even an open ending. This is not a horror story by any measure, but it could have been. What a waste. Some frail disembodied remnant of consciousness survives for a time after the body dies, but soon fades into nothingness.
